Thanks for the advice Carol. Heck of a way to lose weight, huh ? I'm adjusting my diet and lifestyle. Unfortunately I DO have pain. Dr. says that it's from esophageal spasms. The Protonix and/or Aciphex don't seem to be helping this. Maybe I just need to keep plugging away and give things time to settle down.
