Where in Michigan do you live? I live near Marshall, Mi. and there are a couple of others around the state.
When I comes to work I sort of lucked out. I farm for a living and can set my own work load and hours. That means I can hire someone to do what I can't do. It also means I go until I get achy and fatigued then crash for a couple hour nap. Try that on a Eight hour shift...I think not.
I was diagnosed with DM in 2000. It has been a stair step decline in muscle strength / endurance ever since. Right now I am somewhat active but don't do anything physically taxing. If you want to talk then give me a call. I am in the Marshall phone book.
