Dry Skin/Rash

I am feeling much stronger these days on 150 mg Imuran and 7mg of Pred, but recently I started getting a dry patch on my back. It's not horrible, but it's uncomfortable since it tends to itch when I'm leaning against a chair and have not applied lotions.

Does anyone have any remedies for these types of rashes? My dr. is looking at putting me on IVIG, but that's usually for muscle weakness, which has stabilized for me on Imuran...
