Cyndi, not so over here. Once a year is all you get, if that. Health funds are after getting very tight-arsed over here. For any additional one the doc has to apply with 12-paged form in triplicate... or you pay it yourself. Never mind, I can cope, that's the main thing. The wheelie never has been a problem. For me it's much worse when I've messed in myself and need a nappy-change. They say in old-age you have the second childhood... but did it have to go back that far? At least I managed to find good ones not too visible. With most other brands you get a bum like a horse and others can see a mile away that you are back to the pampers rocker stage. My advice to you is to try and stay as positive as possible (it can be learned), take anything you hear in a doctors locum with a grain of salt, most docs haven't too much knowledge of our stuff, ask as many questions as you need on this board. We all have hands-on experience and are only too happy to help and support and have been newbies ourselves. God bless Martin |
