Good luck with the IVIg! It's one of my favorite dermato meds. The first infusion is usually the worst as far as reactions go - I always make sure I have tylenol and aleve on hand before I go in. I also have phenergan for nausea but I don't have to use it very often (maybe every three months). Drink plenty of water the day before and the day you go in. The post infusion headaches are usually worse if I'm not well hydrated. Plus, it makes it easier to find a good vein. Let us know how it goes!!! Chy
