Hi. I saw my dr. on Tuesday concerning worsening pain and burning in my eye. The day before, the pain was terrible. She looked in my eyes and had me see an opthamologist the same day. He seems to be familiar with DM and said the inflammtion is in my eyes. I started a steroid eyedrop, but by today, the pain was back. He is very concerned. I had a fairly bad flare up of muscle pain a couple of weeks ago. Has anyone else had problems with eye inflammation (uveitis)? Thanks. Julie |
