Your feelings about methotrexate sound similar to my feelings towards prednisone. Methotrexate has been a good option for me - other than the wave of nausea that hits the day after I take it. Imuran makes me vomit, cyclosporine requires too strict a schedule. Cellcept I'd consider and it would likely be the next option should I go off methotrexate. Dermato does far more to my lungs than the methotrexate has in the 6 years I've been on it. When I'm flaring, I have asthma like symptoms regardless of whether I'm on methotrexate. I guess that just goes to show that what works for one, doesn't always work for another. Chy
