I have a nasty reaction to ivig if I don't use meds. I get iv benadryl both days pre treatment. I take tylenol then as well. I find the second day of treatment I start to take benadryl orally as well as tylenol every 8 hours. If I do this for 24-72 hours post treatment I'm usually fine. sam |
