I rotate between tylenol, aleve and ibuprofen because if you continually take one you can end up with a rebound headache that is harder to control. It also helps if I'm extra hydrated before going in. I have been taking decadron before IVIg and for a few days after and it's specifically to help prevent headaches. We're going to try solumedrol this next infusion. Both are steroids and help prevent inflammation that can cause the post IVIg headache. Hope that helps. Chy
