Adrienne,
I was cautioned by my doctor to avoid any and all herbal supplements. I do take magnesium and B complex vitamins in addition to a multivitamin. But she really stressed that I should stay away from all herbal rememdies. Also, a key is AMPLE sun protection. I don't leave the house without sunblock and try to cover up whenever possible.
