I'd like to hear from anyone with tips for dealing with the drug-induced insomnia. I just started DM treatment two weeks ago (prednisone and cellcept) and find that I cannot sleep more than a couple of hours a night. Am waiting to hear from the NP about what to do to help with this. Otherwise, the meds have greatly relieved some symptoms (rashes nearly gone) and have much more daytime energy (just can't shut it off at night). 3 a.m. is a lonely time of day. Thanks. |
