Thank you to all who answered my post. I'm currently doing everything everyone mentioned though I do tend to forget the sunblock. I'm definately going to be more careful in the future. I'm currently doing the Methotrexate/Prednisone route. As far as supplements I'm taking calcium with Vit D, fish oil and folic acid. All the best to all of you. I'll also try to get to this site more often and keep in better touch with everyone. |
