Hi Janet, I'm fine just plowing through my income tax papers I should have kept organized. It's kind of like you with your horse, dragging my feet. My brother bought my niece a horse but I haven't gotten a chance to see it yet.My niece loves riding and she's getting pretty good. Thanks for missing me,just up to my neck in papers right now.Like I was telling Mary, my desk looks like rats live in it but only one big one,ME!! Hugs to you,
Jan

Hi Jan, Thanks for letting us know that you are okay. Is the bronchitis any better? Well, I was almost able to finish clipping the pony. He was grazing in the yard, while I shaved him. I got most of the hair off before he decided that he'd had enough and trotted off up the hill. I should have tied him, but I didn't figure that he'd leave. He's usually pretty good about it. I didn't have the energy to hoof it up the hill and bring him back down, so my daughter is going to finish clipping him this weekend. What kind of riding does your niece do...english or western? Although we live smack dab in the middle of cowboy country, my daughter rides English...dressage and hunt seat. The boards have been kinda slow lately, huh?...Not too many people posting. I guess the weather is getting nice, and maybe everyone is getting out more. It's already hot and muggy here. I work up a sweat just transplanting flowers. Blessings and healthy wishes...Janet

Hi Janet, My bronchitis is much better. It gave me a scare this winter. I can only imagine how hard it is to clip a pony.I use to clip my miniature white poodle and it was a task. She would run off every time she got the chance. My niece rides Western. They make videos,so I can see her ride.My hubby had cousin's,in northern Louisiana, who use to ride and compete in the barrel riding. His grandmother built a riding arena next to her house. It was fun to watch. Our weather is gorgeous here. Hugs,
Jan

JAN,
Congratulations on not playing rat anymore. Since the weather is nice what are you playing now? Want a complete report!! LOVE YE EX-RAT !!! Smoochy kiss, real smoochy ,smoochy (glad you are back with us!) Edith I have two dogs and three cats. Leo is not fond of dogs, so very diplomatically I gave them Duch names. Cats he loves so they have Mexican names: Maya, Tecate (Mexican Beer)and Solovino (he came by himself) Maya drives me nuts, the moment I come and sit at the computer, she appears also immediately and walks back and forth over the keyboard. Would you like to have a nice Mexican cat? It would be for free and he speaks Spanish !!!edith

Hi Edith, I might take a cat, if it would run off the gopher digging up my yard.Their so cute but destructive. I have 3 Chihuahua dogs but no Spanish spoken. They bark at everything and run in and out the back door all day.I would like to send you a couple of them. My hubby speaks some Spanish but it hasn't rubbed off on me yet.I can't get this Southern tongue to move fast enough. It's great that you have mastered so many languages.I like listening to French,it sounds so romantic. I hope your feeling well and out enjoying the Spring weather. Jan
