Oh, dear Martin,I'm sorry that you have the problem. As you've probably donated dozens of times since the website began and never had a problem these many years, I know you are frustrated.
Maybe the bank will get it straightened out soon because if the bank is casuing a problem with your account, then we know that one of the securities program is working.
Years ago I had a problem with an account with Bank of America and it took them weeks to get the mess corrected - with a wishy washy apology.
