Jim, it's not my bank causing the problem (actually, they are not even contacted) but over-anxious credit card merchants in the states refusing payment without checking with my bank prior to refusal as they are requested. This is to stop unauthorized use of my details before payments are made as had happened towards the end of last year causing a fair mess. It happens a lot lately with other payments going into the States when credit card merchants are involved and my bank are just as frustrated by now as I am over their non-cooperation. Seems I have to try and device a different way of getting my payments to you as I won't use Amazon ever again never knowing if they will pass the money or charge you. I have tried to explain things to them but they simply answer with silly pre-formulated mails only and my account with them seems to indicate that they have charged the Group already. Seems I have caused more harm than good quite against my intentions. It is so frustrating when you can't do anything at all to remedy a problem like that because other parties involved just won't put their act together. And my bank can't do anything about it either. The safety measures on my card are there to stay as I have no intention what so ever to be out of pocket due to malicious use of my credit card details. All the best Martin
