I sympathize with both of you on this unfortunate and irresponsible lack of proper action on the part of third
parties. You hit the nail on the head Martin when you say
"they simply answered with pre-fomulatd mails only" This
is highly insulting, impersonal and greatly irresponsible.

I experienced similar mistreatments years ago with Dun &
Bradstreet and American Express. The first with false
information my company, the second with double charges on
one transation which took six months to correct following
numerous letters and telephone calls. Anytime I received
invitations afterwards to avail myself of their services
I let them know that they were not reliable enough.

I pray that your problem will be quickly resolved.
