Vic, Glad you are doing better now but you must be frustrated not having a firm diagnosis. If you live in the SW or rockies there are other diseases similar to lyme....did you hike or climb in the back country? There are other diseases which have elevated cpk numbers. IBMers don't usually have a very high cpk. I am surprised that Mayos was not more thorough and push for a diagnosis. Maybe they were just puzzled too. Thankfully you are doing better but it would be nice to know what is going on. Bill
