Well I went to see the neuro and had some blood tests done. My CK is up again (4000+) even though I am slowly regaining my strength and gaining weight. They sent off some blood work to check on that acid maltase deficiency. My liver functions were improved so I don't know what is going on yet. Is it possible that my CK elevated because I cut down on the Prednisone? I am only taking 5mg a day now. I am supposed to be taking 15mg a day. Any thoughts? Thanks.
