Hello Bill,
When you started to gain back your strength what muscles were the slowest to respond? My weakest are the muscles in my torso. I think it's the gluteus medius, and my lats. I still wobble some and walk kind of stiff. I also have weak hamstrings because if I bend over I have a hard time straightening back up. Did you go through this also? How about your arms. Were you able to lift up your arms individually? I still can't lift them up all the way. I lift them about shoulder length only. If I lift them together I can go higher but it is hard to do. Thanks.
