My wife was just diagnosed with DM after 3 months of testing, she is to start with prednosone this week as part of her treatment, a friend sent me a link to different treatment. In this treatment they use a low dose of antibiotics to combat the cause of the disease not the symptoms. Has anyone had any success with this treatment or heard of it before, we found it at www.rheumatic.org. Thanks for your response, we are new to this but it is a horrific disease and we want to look at all possibilities. |
