Myositis Golf Fund Raiser in Chicago

Please help make this fundraiser for myositis successful. Play golf (11am shotgun start) and dine (5pm) or join us for dinner only. Silent auction, raffle, hole in one, and shoot out. All proceeds go to The Myositis Association for research of myositis diseases.

Cog Hill was the location of the Western Open and now the BMW Open is played on a sister course (#4 Dubsdread) the week before our event. Play will be a scramble format (all 4 hit, select the best shot, and repeat into the hole) so any level of golfer will be comfortable playing. This will be a first class and fun event for all participating with fantastic raffle prizes, auction items, and events for the golfers.
