Kathy,Amazing, we really are close! You will like all the folks at MDA in Round Rock - the therapists as well as Dr. Horvitz. They will caution you about overdoing - it can lead to a faster decline, and shorten your ambulatory time...so beware trying to be a hero! I overstepped my boundries this spring helping my granddaughter move into her new apartment, and hurt my hands permanently - without realizing what I was doing.
