I don't have the same problem as you because most of the time, I am surrounded by women and so I don't get to
talk too much.

All kidding aside, I am alone a lot during the day mousing
the computer, while in the evening when everyone is home
I do encountr problems in speaking for any period.
I develop huge quantities of phlem which does'nt help
and cotributes to short breathing. I am using an on-sreen
keyboard because it is much easier than the regular keyboard,
working wth the mouse only. I bought a voice recognition
machine, and I understand that regular continuiiy in your
voice is essential for success with this.I have'nt installed it yet. I think that with some control over the
phlem accumulation would be of help.
