You need an air cushion of some kind. You can control how much air goes in. There are many brands you can look up on the Internet -- for example Roho. Try to see if you can get a used one from a local supplier. These cushions usually come with a fabric covering but most people also use something extra, I use a natural sheepskin that I sit on, it is soft and deals with moisture. It also helps to vary things -- for example, every few days I spend a day without my cushion. Hope this helps. Thanks, Bill.
