Hi Meg, I just wanted to say that along with everyone else the hardest part is waiting for the test results. We all have gone through this and you are not alone. We all will be there with you in spirit I just hope we don't weigh you down. When I was first dx'd with PM in 1993 the dr told my wife that I had just seven years to live, we both felt like it was the end of the world. The seven years went by and in 2001 another biopsy and it is now IBM I have been getting IVIG for the last six years and I use a cane in the house and a rollator walker when we go shopping. We all try to manage the best that we can. I am 65, was a painter in our local hospital for 35 years to look at me now you wouldn't know that I was a strong person like I had been. I take it one day at a time and try to keep myself moving as much as possible. We will all keep you in our thoughts and prayers for your upcoming visit. Ed IBM Mi.
