Although I have not experienced the lightheadness after I eat, I, too, have a lot of phlegm. I have had to get up during the night and cough it up. Not as much during the day, but I'm constantly clearing my throat. It's even worse when I'm eating, because food doesn't go down easily. I know I'm no fun to eat with because of all the noises I make. I don't know what the connection is with this and IBM but I understand they go along with each other. Diane/IBM |
