I would not be satisfied with the "muscular skeletal pain dio". I have heard of a lot of IBM symptums but this is not one I have heard before. I would go beyond the emg's diognsis and search for a specialist. This is an example of how little "ordinary" doctors know about IBM. Good luck and don"t be afraid to get a second opinion.
