I sympathize with you because I did exactly the same thing a few months ago. I butt scooted down the hall into the living room and tried, to no avail, to get up on my own. Luckily, I did have the phone with me, and I tracked down my husband who just happened to be on vacation. When he came home, he rounded up a neighbor who works in health care. I considered myself lucky that day, but may not be on another day!
