I admire your courage and your positive sttitude you had in these moments. It happened also to myself in 2003, if I well remember,when I could still walk, or something like, to bend on my knees and in a while to realize I was sitting on the floor. No pain, but high worry because i too was alone in the home. The telephons were too high, the notebook the same and my last resource in the drawer of the night table. Nobody laughts please, it is the whistle I used abt 55 years ago when I was the trainer of a university basket team.
I have draged me crawling along the floor on my bottom ( I am not sure of thie word, but I am sure you understand) in the bedroom and waited near the bed, I counted, I prayed, I recited poems........until my son came back from thr office.
