Theresa,
My husband Ernie (70) was diagnosed last year. He still trys to do as much as he can and he pays the price! He gets very tired after blowing snow, or any other exercise. He fell two times this past week after blowing snow. I was at work, and he did manage to get up. It is getting more difficult. I have told him that if he faals, it can change the course of his life. So far, he has not broken any bones. It is hard for my husband, Ernie, to do nothing. I don't want to take any thing away from him. He will know soon enough what he can and and cannot do. There are occupational Therapists that can give your husband certain tools to help with buttoning the shirt, eating, etc. Like I told my husband, we are in this together! Just hang in there and use this support page for there is a lot of support. have a great day!
