Thank you for your answer. It sounds like there are a lot of different kinds. I will research the Invacare, as I think there is an office here that sells their products. Having one that is narrower and will go through the inside doors is certainly a plus. We live in a modular mobile home and doors are narrow. My husband has the promise of a prescription, and he has been measured so we are making progress. Unfortunately he is not old enough for medicare. In the meantime I am very nervous about his walking around with just a cane. It will be awhile before spring comes to Spokane, but good luck on your outdoor adventures. Annie |
