Hello Annie. I chime in now and then on this site. I have IBM and was fitted for a chair by a PT at the MDA clinic in MPLS. MN. It's a standard power chair with some extra features recommended by the PT. The seat actually elevates (power seat) for easy exiting. I recommend that feature over anything else. It also tilts like a recliner for a change in seating position for extended use. The elevating feature makes getting to a standing position very easy. I fought with the insurance company for over a year before they caved in and paid for 80 percent of the chair. Had to get a prescription from my Neuro Doc at the clinic to get the ball rolling. It's made by Invacare but there are other companies that make chairs with those features. Good Luck, Glen from Minnesota
