abdominal pain and neck weakness

Hello again, friends,
I have not posted for about a year, but it feels like home to post again. I have questions about abdominal pain and neck weakness. Has anyone else had the experience of abdominal pain, worse after eating and when bending or stretching. My neck muscles are weaker, and I am having trouble holding my head up. I also can’t keep my shoulders from rolling forward. Could all this slouching irritate nerves in the belly region? Anyone experience any of this? If so, have you found any solutions? Headrests for my power chair (I am in it all day at work)? Positioning straps? Shoulder braces? Any advice would be appreciated.
