Hi Kent, My neck and shoulders have arthritis and sometimes I get krinks on either side of my neck after a night's sleep. They generally go away in a couple of days but I do take Aleve to help with the inflamation. I do have discomfort when bending in the lower intestinal area. I just think I'm out of shape as I have had intestinal issues for years. If I don't support my head, for example while on the laptop, my head starts to shake a bit. |
