MARCH !!! :-D

So it's almost the end of March and so I thought I could share a silly lill story with you guys & gals.

Where I live, we have this flower called a Kosmos. Well actually it's classified as a weed, but none the less this weed produces masses of flowers in the veld come March, and the transformation, almost overnight never fails to take my breath away.

Every year, as soon as I spot the first Kosmos in the veld as we drive to work (and this is usually during the first week of March, I remember....soon it will be my birthday again...YAY! And as each day passes, the flowers seem to fill the veld more and more....and come 30 March....it's an abundance!!!! Almost like a gift being slowly prepared to be presented to me...hence I have 'claimed' this as my flower :-D
