I had awful knee,hip, thigh and the old" tush" pain. It lasted for months my husband would spray my legs with Bio Freeze and I would take aspirin. I don't know if it. Went away on it's own or if the acupuncture helped. My legs were the first to go. Lately all the pain is in my shoulders and upper arms. I have noticed them getting weaker now. I was told IBM is not painful but I am sure we all can disagree.
