Dear Shubraa, welcome in our world-wide family, though I'm sad you contracted the stuff while still so young. Here you will get more information than in any book or doctors locum as we have all come similar ways, and all the support you need on not so good days.
Attitude is half the battle, positive thinking the key to a contended life no matter how far advanced a stage you are in. Do not delay getting the aids you need. It will make life easier for yourself and your care persons. In fact, knowing the varies stages of increasing dependency (I hate the word disability as it suggest lacking something when most of us, I dare say, actually rediscover old, long forgotten abilities and actually gain new ones), I find it good to look well in advance and not to buy in a rush when the particular aid can not be avoided any longer. Asking others about this or that make is of great help. Far too many expensive aids lay about not used as they don't come up to scratch in daily use.
Keep posting and ask any question you need answered, and keep up your admirable attitude. We will help and support you as best we can.
All the best
Martin
