Have you tried using EMLA cream before the needle. It dulls the senses and then the needle doesn't hurt. Also, I let Dominic help as much as he can when doing his shots. He helps clean the area with the alcohol swab and then counts to 3 and says "GO". I have also told him that if he would like to do his shot in his leg then I would help him to do it himself. I think if they have more control over the situation it tends to help alleviate some of the fear. I will be thinking of you and praying for you on Friday when you have to do this again. I give Dominic his shot on Friday's as well I will think of you then. Praying for you and your family,
