Janet- I know all this seems really scary sometimes. It is ok to be extra cautious and question the doctors sometimes...it keeps them on their toes! Seriously, though, you are your child's best advocate so if you have some concern speak with her doctor. Our doctor will tell you Jeff and I ask questions ALOT...it is the parent in you. She'd probably tell you I am high maintance...but our doctor respects me because of it. I think it is safe to say that treating aggressively as soon as possible seems to have its benefits. It stinks right now for you guys I know, but try to hang it there. Sometimes you have to go through the valleys to get to the moutains, right?!?
