Hey Phil, sorry to hear about your pain. I am also reducing my methylprednisilone, down to 1.5 tabs/day (6 mg)from 20 a few months ago. The Rituxan treatments in Aug/Sept 07 is what finally brought my CPK levels from the 3,000 to 4,000 range back down to normal for the first time in 4.5 years. The reduction process in no fun. The one comment that I wanted to really respond to is the Utram not being habit forming, I was on that for a short amount of time (fourty five days I think) and found out that it is habit forming, I immediately stopped taking it and have a rough few days of withdrawls.
