If It's to Be, It will Be Dear wonderful friends, I am so grateful for all the posts of encouragement and wishes from all the bulletin boards. Many wrote that they were crying as they wrote; well, I was crying as I read them. This post is more like my usual self; this time, taking my life under the assumption, "If It's to Be, It will Be." The water therapy in the portable spa at the hospital has helped tremendously. My leg has almost returned to normal size by using the therapy and silver patch and wrapped in gauze. I have one more week left for the therapy, but can get another 30day prescription if necessary. Too, my pain level has been greatly reduced and I don't take but a few pills daily when needed...but always at night. I don't give the surgeon's wanting to amputate my leg a thought. When my time comes, "If It is to Be, It will Be." I have no fear of dying, just pray every night that I will die in my sleep. Another support group had ask me if I ever sold, to let them have first chance...that was a year ago. Now, that group began their own message board instead. If a dear friend will loan the funds to buy the website, if every posting member would send $10 or $20 per month, my friend would have total payment on the loan within two years. "If It's to Be, It Will Be." Since the previous post, three members have sent donations. Kelly Miller, webmaster, has committed himself to keep working with the website as long as it's on the Internet, either with me or whoever provide the funds to buy the site. I need the funds from the sale badly as you can imagine. I don't want the website to be gone when I die, as it serves a vital connection to Myositis people virtually around the world. "If It's to Be, It will Be." Again, I wish it were possible to answer each post personally, every card, every call, but I just don't have the strength any more. Bless you all, my friends.
