But here is a short answer to the Prednisone question. In general most doctors seem to drop people relatively fast between 80 and 20. But slow things down considerably after that. People on the board seem to had the most problems going below 10. But I think some people had problems going below 20. I went from 40 to 20, 20 alternating 15, 15 alternating 12.5, 12.5 alternating 10, and now I am at 10. I will then really slow down - two weeks at 10, 2 weeks at 9, 2 weeks at 8, etc. At the same time the Methotrexate will be increased.
